Over the past few weeks, I have been working with the team at Climate Makers. The situation I had was not resolved right away and my issue drug out over a few weeks. The team at Climate makers never stopped working with me or on my situation. They were always on the phone with me explaining the next steps. Technicans became friends as I saw them regularly. After all troubleshooting steps were taken and my issue still occurred. John and his team stepped up and replaced my whole unit. This to me shows the integrity of their business. Less than one hour after I submitted a claim to my home warranty company to have my tankless water heater repaired. Climate Makers called and was at my residence shortly thereafter. The technician (Brandon) was professional, courteous and extremely polite. Both the Scheduling Coordinator (Nia) and technician exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Climate Makers.
