“I had called Econo-Rooter plumbing believing I had a kitchen sink clog that would need to be snaked. The woman answering the phone (I think her name was Debbie/Deborah? ) was beyond helpful, she got me schedule same day (on a Monday) and called me 15 minutes before they would arrive. When Joe arrived he found the problem straight away. It was a simple fix, he explained why it happened and how to prevent that from happening. Joe said since he "really didn't do anything" he would not be charging me a service fee and this one was for free, I was shocked and tried to still pay him something for his time but he declined. I am so used to companies trying to upsell me or charge me as much as possible it was refreshing to have a company do the opposite, and simply treat me like a potential life long customer instead of a fast buck. If ever I need to call or recommend plumbing services, I will recommend Econo-Rooter Plumbing.“
