Dwayne Monroe was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He made the Generator install painless. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend you request him if you are getting one.
Very happy with our unit and their service. Patrick and Chris were great, friendly and professional. We had Swift install our unit 5 years ago, and have it serviced yearly. Always have a good experience with their scheduler and the techs.

I can’t say enough good things about Jakob! He came out to replace my kitchen faucet, but after installing the new one, we discovered the faucet I had purchased was defective. Instead of getting frustrated or rushing out the door, Jakob did everything he could to troubleshoot and make it work.
When it became clear the faucet was beyond repair, I had to run to Lowe’s to buy a replacement. Jakob stayed at my home, waited patiently for me to return, and then installed the new faucet without hesitation.
