We had a hot water heater that broke 2 days before Thanksgiving. We called them up, they came when they said they would and gave us an estimate on the spot. Austin Perry has a new fan! We had a somewhat emergent situation and Austin arrived for an evening service call calm, cool, and collected. At no time did he make it seem like it was a bother to be at work after 5 PM. He was very professional, demonstrated good problem-solving skills and when the problem was worse than expected he had a plan in place to continue the next day.
