“Steve, the owner, took meticulous measurements of the kitchen and bathrooms, listened to our wants and needs, and came up with a detailed plan to upgrade our condo. We sat down with him at his showroom today where he showed us samples of the cabinets, hardware, countertops, tile, etc, that we had picked. His price was reasonable, and all we had to buy on our own were the faucets. Everything else was included in the estimate. We are hoping his many years in the business will result in quality installation craftsmanship. Time will tell, installation is still 10 weeks down the road.“

“We chose Re-Builders to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. We had previously used them for a master bath remodel at a previous residence, and were very pleased, so contacted them again for the new kitchen.Ray came out and did all the measurements and analysis, and was very informative and helpful with questions and suggestions. Re-Builders' cabinet contractor (Kreative Kitchens) came out and together we planned out the cabinet layout. I wanted as much storage as possible with easy access. We discussed several options, along with options for pull-outs and storage for specific items. Within a few days, I had an estimate / proposal Emailed to me. After a couple minor changes and signing the proposal, the "process" was started immediately with ordering the cabinets.The cabinets actually came earlier than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise.About a week before the cabinets were scheduled for delivery, I was contacted and given a timetable for construction, beginning on 11/6 and ending on 11/29. Our lead construction guy, Bryan and his crew came on 11/6 and started demo which went extremely well. The kitchen was completely gutted and prepared for new cabinets. Upon request, I was given a detailed day-by-day schedule of work, so I knew what was to be done each day.Re-Builders uses subcontractors that they know and work closely with. Everything went smoothly, from demo, to plumbers, to electricians, to cabinets, to tile work. Everything was done to perfection, as cleanly as possible for major construction, and each sub seemed to be careful to not damage any of the work before them. (in my opinion and experience, this can be a problem if not managed properly). And, I have to give a special thank you to Steve and his crew from Kreative Kitchens. They were amazing, tweaking everything to make it all perfect. Even added some additional "restrictors" to make sure the doors did not bang into each other or other items when opened.I could not have been happier with the entire job. Everyone was polite, professional, helpful, and very patient with all my questions, concerns, and extra requests. I even had them tear out my old pantry shelving and put in different shelving to make it more user friendly, and move the light in my eating area to be centered. This was not in the original proposal, so I did pay additional for these new requests, but the price was extremely reasonable.The job completed on 11/30, one day later than the original schedule, so I sure can't complain about delays.I would definitely recommend Re-Builders to anyone wanting to do any sort of remodel or renovation. They are THE BEST. I'm sure I will be using them again in the future.“

But at that time we also had a hot tub problem, Graves informed us they only service their own hot tub brand.They recently changed that decision, so I called them in to fix our hot tub. Bert Marks arrived as the tech ( turns out he fixed our hot tub 15 years ago in Pennyslyvania. It took him an hour to reseal our filter canister and install a new pump.He is one of the most knowledgeable, professional techs we have ever met. “I had called Econo-Rooter plumbing believing I had a kitchen sink clog that would need to be snaked. The woman answering the phone (I think her name was Debbie/Deborah? ) was beyond helpful, she got me schedule same day (on a Monday) and called me 15 minutes before they would arrive. When Joe arrived he found the problem straight away. It was a simple fix, he explained why it happened and how to prevent that from happening. Joe said since he "really didn't do anything" he would not be charging me a service fee and this one was for free, I was shocked and tried to still pay him something for his time but he declined. I am so used to companies trying to upsell me or charge me as much as possible it was refreshing to have a company do the opposite, and simply treat me like a potential life long customer instead of a fast buck. If ever I need to call or recommend plumbing services, I will recommend Econo-Rooter Plumbing.“
