Bluewater Plumbing was fantastic. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, he was very honest about my issue with a toilet. He could’ve said anything was wrong with my toilet and I would have believed him but he said it was a normal sound and only charged service fee. He answered all my questions and was very polite.
First let me say I called three different companies before yours and they all said they could not get there until tomorrow. Your company gave me an appointment today. Chris the technician was very professional and answered any questions I had. He did neat clean work and did it in a timely fashion. Everything was cleaned up including the water. Thank you Chris and Bluewater Plumbing. You have a new customer.
Bluewater was prompt and efficient. Bluewater gave me an estimate before they started and explained how the cost was calculated.( I used another plumbing company in town for a small job and that company charged me over twice what Bluewater charged.) Finally, after living in Myrtle Beach 20 years, I have a dependable, professional, and trustworthy source to help me address plumbing issues. From the initial telephone call all the way through to the handshake after the completed service, Bluewater was commendable. High marks from me!
