“I had to hire a plumber to get ready for the installation of my new washer/dryer. I was referred by a friend to Benjamin Franklin. They came out promptly the next day. Chuck Akers was the service person who came out. He made an assessment , explained everything he needed to do to solve the problem. Chuck was knowledgeable and easy to work with. His work was excellent and in a timely matter. The next day I had a problem with water not being dispensed from my refrigerator and called to ask him if there was a connection. He responded there was not and reiterated just what he had done. After an hour or so the water problem resolved on its own.
Later in the day Chuck took it upon himself to call back to see if the problem had been resolved, which it had been. Not sure what happened but had some speculations. Exceptionally nice man. A big asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.“
