They came out the same day, discovered that, while the part the other company diagnosed as the problem was a problem, there was another part that was also needed, and fixed ALL of the issues for less than the other company charged. It was immediately evident that they are far more knowledgeable and professional than the national chain company we used before. We had a service contract with the other company, which we immediately canceled and purchased a service contract with Comfort Air. Highly recommend.Service: A/C system repair“

“Had Brown and Reaves come to my new home on 3 occasions. 12/27/16 found a hole in ac ductwork,trip switch in pan not connected,3/15/17 came to clean coil and check humidity levels,4/28/17 found blower speed on wrong setting,made adjustments,checked outside unit.latest visit was an attic check of existing ductwork that is very Restrictive ,causing flow issues on other side of home.Every visit was on time,they called 1hr before,his crew was very professional,well mannered,Respectful, actually listened to my concerns.Daniel is very professional and Honest,many E mails back and forth, I will rate them at 5 stars“
