We called James to get an estimate to run electric to our new pool, gazebo & add spotlights to the house. He provided fantastic customer service! The estimate was very fair. Electricians Tim & Sy worked very hard & efficiently. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up their materials every day they were here. They were very professional, personable, & knowledgeable. There is no doubt that we would call Mancill again for any electric needs in the future.
Service was ok, but cost and bill pay were horrible. I called after 2 months of job being done and no bill. I was told they were busy and they would send asap. That was in September of 2021. Today March 18, 2022, I received an invoice marked account overdue. Needless to say I was not happy. Not to mention that the cost of the job was almost $900. I called and all I got was the account would not be marked overdue. It was the only bill I received. I think since I was in Pennsylvania and the job was in Myrtle Beach, someone should have given me an idea of choices I had and a price. None of that was ever done. We’ve used Mancill for several years for plumbing & electrical and recently for HVAC. Every experience has been great. The technicians are always knowledgeable & professional. Highly recommend!
