Best Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC In Murrells Inlet

“I know this is a long review, but please read, I’m giving some good details here! Got to our condo for Fourth of July weekend and surprise surprise, there’s no cold air coming out of our split HVAC. We waited it out for two days and then said nope, gotta do something about this. July 2 around dinner time we were referred over to CTC by one of our neighbors who couldn’t speak highly enough of their service and their technicians. We made the call, they put us on with a tech who, at no charge, trouble-shot over the phone to see if there was anything we could do ourselves. They then offered to come out at midnight, we said that’s great but no, we can wait until tomorrow. July 3 Gabriel came out, found very low refrigerant and determined there was a leak. He refilled the unit with plenty of refrigerant and didn’t leave until he was satisfied that the condo was cooling down sufficiently. We made another appointment and he came out again to do an extensive leak check and on the same trip was able to find AND repair the leak. They are a very reputable company, I highly recommend. We wound up taking an annual service agreement with them.“
