Outstanding !! A/C shut down so I called and Fransisco came out. What a great guy, so nice. Figured out what went wrong, checked on my warranty, went over and exchanged the fan motor and had our A/C running like new. Way above and beyond. Thank you Cooper Air and Thank you Fransisco. Great Job.

Last evening my A/C stopped working. Within 2 hours of calling Cooper Mechanical Cary and Gatlin arrived. They quickly addressed the problem and had it resolved with 30 minutes. They were professional, considerate and efficient. This is why I keep coming back to Cooper Mechanical for my home needs. Every experience with them has been a pleasure!

House seemed a little warm. Called around 3pm for them to check it out before summer sets in. Tech arrived at 4….after telling them it wasn’t an emergency and to send someone when they get around to it. He was finished at 5:30 with a VERY fair price. This is our 4th experience with them and it always goes this way. Highly recommend.Service: A/C system maintenance
