Just had a technician here (Bobby) and he was outstanding. His work was comprehensive and his attention to detail exemplary. I have had both my pool unit as well as my home unit serviced by Cooper technicians, and the work of each has been superb. I can recommend Cooper without reservation.
The BEST. Called today, 8/7 at 4:45 pm because my A/C wasn’t cooling. Mario was here within 30 minutes and had me up and running by 6. Great customer service! He explained everything and was so pleasant. Great job!
Great company, had a unit installed that gave me problems after a short time, installation was done properly, contacted the manufacturer several times and could not get any help from them at all, this went on for several days, I never had a problem with Cooper Mechanical, the manufacturer in my opinion has terrible customer service and product, without me asking Cooper Mechanical made everything right, their employees are very professional and understanding and are very hard workers, I am very grateful to this company for their help and dedication to their customers. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs or any other service that they offer
