Great company, had a unit installed that gave me problems after a short time, installation was done properly, contacted the manufacturer several times and could not get any help from them at all, this went on for several days, I never had a problem with Cooper Mechanical, the manufacturer in my opinion has terrible customer service and product, without me asking Cooper Mechanical made everything right, their employees are very professional and understanding and are very hard workers, I am very grateful to this company for their help and dedication to their customers. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs or any other service that they offer

I have been using Cooper Mechanical for my Heating and Cooling needs. I have an older set of units and they always seem to go down after normal business hours. I have had to call twice this summer for such cases. I am able to reach their on call service at night and on weekends. Both times I had a service call executed within 1 1/2 hours. Both repairs were successful and reasonably price service call visits. My last call I had the technician Edward. He was meticulous in the repair and also noticed that my unit needed cleaning.
