What a great experience with Fogel. Steve F. from Myrtle Beach location came out to do our 2nd yearly maintenance on our unit and I can’t praise his professionalism, inspection and knowledge enough. He was phenomenal and thorough with the inspection. Thank you for having team members who truly care about customer satisfaction and who are professionally trained. We will request Steve F. each year.
Fogel Service did an excellent job for our HVAC issues. Deandre did a great job scheduling a prompt appointment and the field technician was courteous and knowledgeable determining our issue. Highly recommend their services.Ralph B
Called on a very cold Sunday morning and spoke with Alexandra...she was AWESOME! She had to be inundated with calls, but she was polite, calm, understanding. Set me up for service that morning. Anthony came and also was AWESOME!! Very thorough, polite, understanding, knowledgeable. Kept at it until unit was working properly. I texted a question later in the day, and he answered promptly. Thank you both!
