The service was not as efficient as in the past. We did state there was an odor when we turned on the AC during the heat wave we had . That wasn’t even checked, he referred us to call Stanley Steamer to have the vents cleaned.
Fogel recently replaced one of the units in my home. His technicians were some of the most courteous and efficient pros in our area. They were also very careful to cover and protect our floors, leaving no mess behind. It was a pleasure using their services. I highly recommend Fogel Services for all your HVAC needs.
Prior to the appointment, I received a text message with a photo of the technician who would be arriving. The technician arrived on time, assessed the unit thoroughly, and provided a clear recommendation for the best course of action moving forward.
