We are extremely pleased with B and K services. We had an issue with out thermostat. They sent out a repairman immediately. Josh was professional and wonderful. We have been using this company for several years and service has always been prompt and excellent. I highly recommend them.

Submitted an online inquiry about a specific unit and Bill got back to me very promptly. He got me on the books right away and called the day off to confirm our appointment. He was very knowledgeable about HVACs and systems in general but also the brands that the company sells. He spent plenty of time with me reviewing the different options and I never felt rushed or pressured. He answered all of my questions and was very respectful of my home and dog :). Great company with great customer service. Thanks!
