There service is very professional and they go out of there way to help you. With there maintenance program they have kept me in track. not one thing can I say bad about them. Great people
We are new to the area and had a major HVAC problem the first warm spell of 2022. Our neighbor recommended B&K Services. Techs came out and found the problem was two-fold: the AC unit was a larger capacity that the current ductwork in the house could handle, and lack of insulation on the ducts caused condensation to short out a control board in the crawl space twice. The B&K Team replaced the ductwork, new insulation, and relocated the control board. Our house is quiet and cool since the installation, including the current 105 degree+ temperature humidity index weekend!! Kudos to: Donna, Darlene, Martha, Ken, Josh, Bill, the amazingly quick duct replacement crew, Maurice and his Dad!!
