“I was a patient of Dr. Schenk 35 yrs ago and he left our practice, i stayes with the other practice until about 3 yrs ago when I began to have some health issues and felt like just a number after 35 yrs. So I left and have been seeing Logan since and Ive honestly never felt more taken care of as I have with her. From the first visit she LISTENED and honestly showed she cared. She sent me to the right Drs that FINALLY figured out my diagnosis and has since continued to take the BEST of care of me. Ive sent a few people to her and we all LOVE her and hes bedside manner is TOP NOTCH. If you or anyone you know needs a Dr that will not quit till they figure out whats goin on and who genuinely cares about you Logan it the one. “It took months to contact ( reason for 4 starts instead of 5). No way to contact online and voicemails unanswered. But once they did, all the staff was helpful and friendly. I guess they are just overworked. Went in for a colo with Dr. Oh. Very positive and comfortable experience. Front desk is welcoming and nice. Waiting chairs are uncomfortable - felt bad for the person with me who had to sit in them for two hours. They got me back quickly. All staff was efficient and friendly and seem competent. Procedure went well. Prep they gave was tolerable - better than some I've done. Overall I am pleased with Caromont Gastro. No more drives to Charlotte! Yay!“
