I had my first visit at this office yesterday with Dr. Jessica Grass and I cannot speak higher of a doctor's office!! I haven't been to the doctor in far too long and was very nervous about this experience. I was checked in right away and taken back very quickly. A nurse took my vitals and then I waited a few minutes for Dr. Grass. She is very talented and is what every doctor should be. She is very kind, so attentive, and informative. She doesn't act like you should know things that they literally go to med school to learn. I have never been more comfortable in a doctor's office! I recently had a New Patient appointment with Dr. Jessica Grass and was very impressed with her. She listened to my issues, was extremely thorough in discussing my history, and took time to explain potentially new medications, in detail, even writing down a list of pros and cons. I was also very impressed with the office staff. They were professional, informative, and I even received a brief tour of the office after I checked in. That has never happened. I've been in healthcare management for 30 years so I'm picky about where I receive medical care and I was blown away by Dr. Grass and her staff. I have seen Ann Watts since my youngest wasn’t born and she is 26. She has went over and above for every appointment. This is over more than 26 years. I had one bad experience with one of the other doctors and it was awful! That was in the past year and Ann strained it all out and the staff over 26 years has been amazing! There have been days as we all have where someone was did their job but not overly pleasant but everyone has a day here or there.
