Based on the reviews, Charlotte Radiology Fort Mill provides expert imaging care. The facility is new, clean, and welcoming, with a fantastic location for Tega Cay and Fort Mill residents. The staff are friendly, personable, and amazing. Clinical staff are very knowledgeable. Technicians show superb care and compassion, explaining procedures clearly and helping patients every step of the way. One patient felt comforted during a breast MRI by gentle and supportive care, with the technician checking in and helping with deep breaths. Another patient felt anxious, and a nurse went above and beyond in supporting them. The caliber of new equipment for MRI and Mammograms 3D is impressive. Patients walked away feeling cared for, knowing their findings would be reviewed with the utmost attention. The facility is very well managed and highly recommended.
Procedures done there are difficult and uncomfortable. The totally well trained and professional staff make it so much easier. We are fortunate to have this facility in Fort Mill!!
The staff was great! Maura explained the procedure clearly, and helped me every step of the way. The facility was clean and welcoming. It is also a fantastic location for Tega Cay and Fort Mill residents, without the need to travel to Charlotte.
The care and compassion of technicians here is superb. I just moved to this area from the northeast and was a patient at a very well know teaching health system. I was impressed with the caliber of new equipment for MRI and Mammograms 3D. I also felt comforted while having my breast MRI by the gentle and supportive care of the staff. The technician kept checking to see if I was ready and helped me to take some deep breaths before we moved onto next segment of test. I walked away feeling so cared for and knowing my care and findings would be reviewed with the utmost attention. Highly recommend this facility. Everything is new and clean. Very well managed too.
