They have alot of turnaround with PAs but all in all they have all been ok. I don't like that if you call in for a medication refill, they charge you an office visit. If that continues, I will start looking for another practice. I do like Angie alot. She is always very nice when I call to make an appointment.
The staff there are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The Doctors have concern for their patients and are very helpful. There is very a flexible scheduling process. I would highly recommend Metrolina Medical Associate as your health care provider.
