The entire staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, personable, respectful, and professional. Dr. Collins explained my initial issue and gave me some options. Although it's the best "establishing care" appointment I've ever had, I do wish he would have taken my suggestions then and there rather than requiring another appointment. Since then, he has been very conscientious about my concerns and issues. He is very personable!
The providers affiliated with Novant that have partnered in my care are simply phenomenal. They listen to my concerns about my health issues and recommend sound treatment. I would recommend them to anyone desiring providers who genuinely care in addition to their education and experience!
Dr. Edwards- Booker has been my Dr since I moved down here 4 yrs ago. I am very comfortable with seeing her and appreciate that she listens to my concerns about not being comfortable about taking drugs. She works with me to find other ways to control my problems without drugs if possible. She is a very caring Dr.I'm glad I was able to find her.
