Let's hear it for this team!! One more time ?? Dr Catherine Hazleton provided the best care I've received. Extremely caring and kind, just such a great feeling under her care. Dionna her assistant was most pleasant and she has a bright and beautiful smile, totally took my nerves away through conversations. Cassandra is who you want every time! She has her job nailed to a tee!! Literally the quickest and also painless blood draw. Tranice and Cassandra make an awesome Team. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Tranice. She is very kind and fun too. Lastly and she's perfect for the check out role. I did not jot down her name and feel bad about it now. The check out Lady deserves great credit as well. Answering promptly my questions and concerns. Sweet and kind demeanor with a great smile. The perfect way to leave this visit. Not every professional visit has to be a bad one. It's about attitude and respect for others. Understand what everyone is going through not just yourself. Being kind is free.“

“As I am a senior and was not familiar with the site. I needed directions as to where to go to get my test. All of the staff were friendly and direct me where to go. First impression is most important. It sets the tone for your company. Timothy the young man on your patient receptionist team was amazing. Very patient helpful and kind. “Angel had an enlightening experience having her echocardiogram in comfort and was treated with respect. Every step was explained to her as the process was being done. The echo professional answered my questions and helped me to understand what I was seeing on the screen. The doctor then explained what the discoveries were and provided information for Angel to explore further what was going on with her heart.
