“Saved again by Gaston Hearing Center. Discovered this morning that the speaker wire was severed on one my hearing aids. In a bit of a panic I called for advice on how to get repaired, fully expecting a lengthy process of running around or shipping somewhere for repairs. Instead I was given an appointment for an hour later with Dr. Lindsay. She was able to repair, tune up and turn up my hearing aids within 15 minutes and send me on my way. In my 2 years doing business with them they have always been incredibly responsive, quick with scheduling appointments, very reasonable with pricing and are some of the most pleasant folks around to deal with. Highly recommend.“

“It took months to contact ( reason for 4 starts instead of 5). No way to contact online and voicemails unanswered. But once they did, all the staff was helpful and friendly. I guess they are just overworked. Went in for a colo with Dr. Oh. Very positive and comfortable experience. Front desk is welcoming and nice. Waiting chairs are uncomfortable - felt bad for the person with me who had to sit in them for two hours. They got me back quickly. All staff was efficient and friendly and seem competent. Procedure went well. Prep they gave was tolerable - better than some I've done. Overall I am pleased with Caromont Gastro. No more drives to Charlotte! Yay!“

“Hannah is an amazing NP. She listens, is extremely friendly, and easy to talk to. I felt safe in her office as someone who gets extremely nervous for any medical appointments. “Overall good experience. It did take them 6 weeks to get me in as a new patient, kinda far out. The visit was good, friendly staff. The wait past my appointment time was disappointing, and I was the first appointment after lunch. So you gotta have patience.“

Edit: Coming back to let everyone know of the amazing service and care from my recent visit. It's very sad to hear that most everyone experiences on a daily more compliants than they do compliments. Let's hear it for this team!! One more time ?? Dr Catherine Hazleton provided the best care I've received. Extremely caring and kind, just such a great feeling under her care. Dionna her assistant was most pleasant and she has a bright and beautiful smile, totally took my nerves away through conversations. Cassandra is who you want every time! She has her job nailed to a tee!! Literally the quickest and also painless blood draw. Tranice and Cassandra make an awesome Team. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Tranice. She is very kind and fun too. Lastly and she's perfect for the check out role. I did not jot down her name and feel bad about it now. The check out Lady deserves great credit as well. Answering promptly my questions and concerns. Sweet and kind demeanor with a great smile. The perfect way to leave this visit. Not every professional visit has to be a bad one. It's about attitude and respect for others. Understand what everyone is going through not just yourself. Being kind is free.“

I’ve been coming here for a long ahh time. Dr. Johnson is the best PCP I’ve had (he better not move).
Shoutout to the phlebotomist team and dynamic duo of Jamese and Camille (idk who’s who) but they made my bloodwork quick and easy. 11/10 - would let them stick me again. And Jerrwan (I’m sorry I butchered your name) is cool too. Thanks for making check in always fun and welcoming.

Jokes aside, the staff and team at this location have always been kind, professional, and good to me. Will continue going! Would recommend if you’re looking in the area.“
