Amazing! The treatment room is warm, inviting & smells wonderful (just like the owner, Sophie). Sophie uses quality linens, warm bed, relaxing music. The facial was one of the best and i have had many! Cleansing, dermaplaning, oxygenated exfoliants, red light therapy, some kind of iced balls for lymphatic drainage etc., & therapeutic massaging of the back and shoulders while each treatment does its magic. She is professional and personable and I highly recommend treating yourself to one of her customized facials! i am still glowing!

We did three massages at Namaste during our Hilton Head getaway. My therapist, Victoria, was wonderful. There is a small relaxation room with tea and water. The massage tables were the most comfortable I had experienced. I did miss the fun of the sauna, steam room, ice bath, showers, and robes that some other Marriotts provide when you get a spa treatment. They do not provide these amenities but it was convenient as we were already staying on site. After they provided a warm neck pillow and a mimosa while you relax for a few minutes. The staff was fire y and facilities were clean. All in all, it was a nice little splurge for a vacation treat. I might shop around for other spas next time I'm in the area just for price comparison as it's a little steep.
Saida is incredible. She waxed my legs, underarms and back of my upper arms with sugar wax. It was great. I received the Swich signature treatment as an alternative to a chemical peel and that was amazing. Book with Saida whenever you need esthetic services. You won't be disappointed. She needs a 6-star rating.
Ryan and his team made a beautiful concrete addition to our pool deck and rebuilt the surrounding fence. They helped us with the HOA approval and allowed us to paint it ourselves to keep the cost down. Debbie was fantastic. She did exactly what I asked for and also shared ideas. While the cost is a bit pricey the results were amazing. My cut/blow dry lasted 3 days (very unusual for my hair). Just washed it today and restyled and still able to get results I wanted. Just for some info I have straight fine heavy hair. It’s hard to get volume, but between cut and styling it now has some volume after following Debbie’s tips. Will definitely return.
Robyn has been wonderful with my mom, Joan, who recently passed away from Alzheimers. Robyn always gave a wonderful haircut for my mom and always showed such patience and kindness. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and the incredible women who work there. After an unfortunate experience at another salon left me with a severe mat in my hair, I reached out to one of their stylists, desperate for help. Without hesitation, she told me to come in as soon as I could, and when I arrived, I wasn’t just met with skilled hands and professional expertise—I was met with love. Every stylist took time out of their busy schedules, sacrificing their own breaks, simply to help me.
For two days, they worked tirelessly, trying everything they could to free my hair from the tangled mess, all while showering me with reassurance, patience, and good laughs that I so desperately needed. Ultimately, the mat was too severe for them to fully remove, and I had to travel to Miami, FL to see a woman who specialized in de matting hair. But that isn’t what this review is about. This is about the selflessness, the heart, and the humanity of this salon.

We recently moved to Hilton Head and a friend of mine recommended that I see Billy at Shelter Cove Salon for a haircut. Billy has now been cutting my hair for several months and I could not be more pleased. He is professional, friendly, and has great attention to detail. My wife has commented that this is the best haircut I have ever had. I look forward many more! I give Billy my highest recommendation and have been recommending him to many.
My fiance won't get his hair cut anywhere but here when we're in town. Apparently he's not the only one...its hard to get an appointment. But easier than walking in. Because you'll have to eat and drink and shop while waiting till they can take you. Which really isn't that unpleasant, cause there's much to do in this center.

I run a women’s leadership retreat every year on Hilton Head Island we asked The Art of Massage and Wellness to facilitate yoga classes on the beach each morning and on site massages for our guests. They did a fabulous job! The yoga instructor was phenomenal and really tailored the yoga class to our group. The massages were incredible too! I sent a survey to my retreat guests asking them for feedback and every single attendee gave The Art of Massage and Yoga five stars! Without a doubt, will be working with them again next year.

Just spent a week with family at the resort in one of the houses and went for 3 separate spa treatments. Talked originally with Ms Christina to book, she was the best and helped me set up everything flawlessly.

Having a male masseuse still makes me a little somewhat uneasy, however, Julian Diaz (Lic Massage Therapist), at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head, is one of the best in the business. The amazing comfortable/firm pressure was enough to put me in a trance to LaLaLand... He hit all my tight and sore spots. The 80 min massage went by too fast, I wish I had more time! I've had a ton of massages, all around the world, and I put the massage in my Top 10. If ever in this Sonesta, def book with Julian.

Oh my GOSH. I just had a facial with Paige and it was AMAZING. From the heated bed, to the calming music, to her gentle touch and massages, I truly could not have left feeling more relaxed. I’ve had many massages at other places, this was my first facial, but I have never left feeling so at peace and relaxed. Normally I’m in my head during spa treatments but I actually almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. Not only was the facial amazing but she took her time giving me a hand, arm, foot, chest, and scalp massage. All around amazing experience. 5 stars ⭐️ I am also so glowy and hydrated! I would go every day if I could. If you want a facial that will leave you feeling like a new human, go to Paige!
Nice pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the staff has been kind for the most part. Internet hasn’t worked in 2 days, we killed 3 bugs (ants and spiders), and this is really my biggest warning for ANYONE who books at this hotel…you should be fine, just make sure they don’t put you in room 3140. It’s a “beachfront view”, but the view is completely obstructed by a giant metal roof. Hopefully I can upload a picture of that. If they try to put you in that room, you need to push back HEAVILY! Other than that, I think you’ll have a great stay!
We had a great experience with Island Tattoo. Nadav is helpful, skilled, and friendly. There were 7 of us, he was patient, kind, and accommodating as only one of us is experienced with getting tattooed. He's light handed but these lines will definitely hold. The environment was stress free and we were the only customers in the shop. They played familiar music to help relax those who were nervous. 10/10 - come here for your tattoo in Hilton Head. I've checked his bigger pieces and they're awesome.
We are beyond thrilled with our tattoos from the amazing team at Incredible Ink Tattoo!! We were greeted by the wonderful Justin who couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until the time we left with our new ink! Victor did a wonderful job capturing exactly what I wanted in my portrait shoulder tat of our fur babies!! He also did a great job with my 2nd tattoo of the session keeping it crisp and clean in the perfect spot on my ankle! Rob, who happens to share my husband's love of diving, tattooed my husband's yeti with a Mark V dive helmet design on his calf that turned out freaking awesome!!! Rob truly did an incredible job and my husband loves it!! Thank yall for working us in today and capturing exactly what we wanted!! We will make sure to come back for the next ones!!
This friday night my property manager called and said I had a leak behind the wall. We got in touch with Piper and they got out there finishing around midnight. I got the bill today and it was IMO quite reasonable for after hours work. I would definately use them again.

We use maid for you for you short term rental on HHI. We always have positive reviews about how clean the unit is and if we ever have issues Bill is always so helpful. We live 12 hours from our unit so maid for you really acts as our “boots on the ground” and they are spectacular. We would HIGHLY recommend them for short term rental cleanings. I have dealt with Paul Langan and Company for 25 years or more. I love that they do quality work and good customer care. I highly recommend them for your home construction/renovations. When we sold our home the upgrades were excellent for the new buyer. We moved to NC and miss Paul and his company so much.
RCH Construction renovated our townhouse and did an excellent job. The villa was completely gutted on the first floor and they opened up the entire space. We have so many compliments on the space and everyone wants to know which contractor did the work. This is a secondary home and we were not on the island when this 6-7 month project took place. Even though we were not there our every expectation was met.
They continue to meet our needs on smaller projects.

I want to say a huge thank you to Jones Brothers Tree Surgeons. Sunday, Aunt’s cat ran 30 feet up a tree and needed rescuing. I called Jones Brothers Tree Surgeons and within a half an hour they sent Gabriel, he scaled 30 feet, then the cat in terror went up the tree another 30 feet. He pulled off a truly amazing feat of bravery. Gabriel put his life in danger to rescue this cat. It was truly spectacular! I highly recommend their tree services!

I had dealt with knee pain for a while. I saw an area doc who specializes in knees. highly recommended. my x ray showed some possible need for a knee replacement but nothing urgent. He never mentioned checking out the hip. The pain reached a point that I wanted to do something asap. Then I saw an ad for the Fraum Health Center. the x rays done there with Dr. Heather were not so bad, in fact, it was my hip that was an issue not my knee. what to do? my doc suggested an MRI to get a definitive answer. The knee wasn't bad so we did the hip. The hip was shot and had torn muscles around the hip capsule due to a pretty traumatic fall a few years ago (that I had forgotten about) and though the pain was at the knee, it was the hip that was causing the problem. Hip replacement scheduled in 2 weeks. bottom line here? I could have had a new knee that wouldn't have made any difference at all! I am so grateful I spent the time to explore the options with Fraum even though ultimately I did not use them. BTW, great staff in all aspects of the Center as well.
Dr. Dean is very quick and efficient! He wants to get to the root of the problem and not just give a quick fix. I would highly recommend going here!

Dr. Matteo is very knowledgeable, not only about chiropractic care, but other adjacent modalities that can non-evasively complement his excellent knowledge of chiropractic care. I have been utilizing chiropractic care for many years (since 1999). I can firmly state that he is very good at finding issues and dealing with them. quickly and effectively.
After 8yrs my sciatica payed me an excruciating visit and thankfully I found Dr Phillips - with all his gadgets and great adjustments he made me feel much better, I am new happy patient and he's pretty cool too.
Excellent work and an even better person. She's qualified. Can work on literally anyone. Finds your problems and teaches your how to address them. Most just fix you and let you go. She explains what you need to do better. When you do it, you don't have to go back. She deserves more than anyone else in this industry.
We have taken our fur babies to Dr. Colorado for 20+ years. She and her staff are the best!

Our vet was out of town on Friday and our sweet girl dog had what we thought was a UTI. We called Hilton Head Vet and they scheduled an appointment for us that day. Even though we were not on of their patients. They could not have been kinder to us. The receptionist was friendly and made such a great impression on us. The vet tech loved on our pup and thoroughly explained what she was doing. Dr. Mcginnis took a lot of time helping us and our pup. We so appreciated all they did for us!
Tracy was wonderful with our dog Maverick. He always looks great after going to see her for a wash and cut! She was attentive to his needs, as he has allergies and has been prone to ear infections. We are moving out of state and will miss Tracy’s great service!
So happy to hear the news of Jonathan and Claudine Vaughan becoming the new owners at Red Rover. They have cared for several of my pets in the past, 2 dogs, 2 cats and are phenomenal. I could tell how well they did by the excitement Austen and Tequila would have when I would arrive to drop them off. As if they were looking forward to their stay. We are fortunate to have now 2 phenomenal businesses in the area to look after our furry loved ones.
Roxy was absolutely amazing with my schnauzer, Tucker! She was gentle, patient, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Tucker came out looking adorable, smelling great, and completely relaxed. Beautiful little studio in an excellent location on the Southend of the Island. I love the exclusivity for taking pilates. When you schedule pilates at the coop it is just you and the talented instructor.

My wife found Greg online. It was a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door the ambiance was inviting and Greg was a great person. To top it all he was an excellent massage therapist. I booked for a second massage two days later. He really help with all the issues I was having. I highly recommend Greg if you are in need of a massage!

Had a 2 hr session with Lucy this afternoon including walking on the back. Somehow she reduced muscle tension and made me very relaxed. A very good session. They took me same afternoon of my phone call. Parking is plentiful and facility is very nice and clean. Will definitely go back.

The deep tissue massage is so relaxing and therapeutically helpful for my neck and jaw pain! 90 minutes of bliss, serenity and healing! Just pure excellence!
