“The technician recommended that I get a new thermostat and that he had 3 different ones in his truck. They ranged from almost $500 to $800. I told him I just wanted a basic thermostat with no Wi-Fi connections. I told him I had bought one at Lowe’s for around $50 several years ago. So beware of their prices! He agreed that if I had someone to change it that Lowe’s was cheaper. He also tried to sell me an air purifier system and I said I wasn’t interested. He did not pressure me, but since I was a “Senior citizen” I did feel that they were trying to take advantage of me.“

“Called on the 4th of July with a warranty issue. Britton called me back the same day and set an appointment for the next morning. Britton texted me to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed one of our thermostats was not functioning. We told him we had Ecobee thermostats that we wanted to install. He offered to install them and even left a spare to replace the broken one in case of an emergency. Britton checked our system in the attic also. He educated us on our new system too.
