Can’t say enough great things about Ken and the install team at Air Kool. After waking up to no heat on our first floor Ken was out the same day to assess the issues. He ultimately determine that the units needed to be replaced and scheduled the install team to be out the following business day. Install team was very professional and had the new units running later that afternoon. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

Air Kool Heat & Air (Ken Alverson and staff) saved us from the hottest weather in SC in decades when our old system failed. Ken was prompt in responding and offered a number of different systems, all of which were competitive. They were able to install the system in less than a week and even offered fans and a small window ac if we needed them. Ken was in touch with us daily and his crew were professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend Ken Alverson and Air Kool Heat & Air for your HVAC needs.
