I was experiencing HVAC issues in my not even year old new build…I submitted a request to my builder and I received a phone call the next day and they promptly sent a technician out…his name is Briton, he identified himself and the company he worked for….he was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue that I was having and before leaving he let me know that the unit has a two year warranty…thank you young man. Called on the 4th of July with a warranty issue. Britton called me back the same day and set an appointment for the next morning. Britton texted me to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed one of our thermostats was not functioning. We told him we had Ecobee thermostats that we wanted to install. He offered to install them and even left a spare to replace the broken one in case of an emergency. Britton checked our system in the attic also. He educated us on our new system too. The a/c is working wonderfully! Thank you Britton!
