I had HVAC issues and not only did their emergency after hours tech take care of my family, they ordered and installed the part causing issues within a week (nearly all that time being awaiting the part to arrive). I was happy with their service and professionalism.

This company goes above and beyond especially when there is an issue. They installed my unit in march and around the end of April early may we had a leek and water damage do to an install error. Everyone makes mistakes we are human but they did to make sure it was repair and fixed was above and beyond. any company I had ever had to deal with. JL Heating & Air did the HVAC install in our new construction home and our master bedroom and downstairs has been consistently and considerably hotter than our office upstairs. Come to find out they installed the wiring backwards and the upstairs thermostat was running our downstairs and vice versa. I'm rating them as 3 stars simply because of the knowledge, professionalism, and help that I received from Micah when he came out to fix our problem today. He was quick, professional, explained in the most elementary of terms how AC units work and air flow and how to set our thermostats to get the results that we're personally looking for in our home.
