My experience was amazing with David. He came over, diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, showed me what was wrong and where. Got the part ordered and put on, up and running after 24 hours. He was very thorough and very professional. Everything was efficient and done smoothly. This company i feel went above and beyond. We are so grateful and highly recommend 🙏

I got a new heat pump installed back in April 2025 and while there was some confusion on items during the install, they made everything right in the end. I also had to get a warranty repair in July/August of the same year, and while there was some confusion on the warranty labor coverage, it was all made right by them in the end. The service manager David gave me his direct number to contact in the future.

Our AC went out at some point in the night. I called Precision first thing in the morning (Thursday) and they had a technician out at 1PM to diagnose the problem. I wasn’t sure what to expect because this was the first time we had an issue that we couldn’t solve on our own. We unfortunately needed a part but it was already in their supply house! Kevin, our technician, was able to retrieve the part and be back to our home at 7AM on Friday to complete the repair. He made some helpful suggestions and was able to quickly remedy the problem.
