If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I reached out to about 6 roofing companies this morning with a time sensitive situation...no response! I reached out to Southern Restoration and received no response as well. Immediately after I received a text message with a link to schedule an appt. Apprehensively I scheduled (same day) but was for sure I would not hear back. About 30 mins before my appointment I received a text back regarding my appointment. I also received followed up messages as well. Kyle came and met with my boyfriend to inspect my roof. SR was great to work with and they team did solid work on the job. The owner was very thorough with the scope of work and was always responsive when we had questions. Aside from the work, the owner is an easy person to talk to and does a nice job at making you feel like you matter. They did several jobs in our roof project and I will be using them for other construction projects.Services: Roof installation
