“We've used Burke Services several times over many years for servicing and repair as well as the installation of a new A/C unit, and have been completely satisfied every time. Larry is always very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. One time he came out quickly on a Sunday during the hottest part of summer when our A/C quit working, and had it back up and running in no time. His rates are fair and very reasonable, even the urgent Sunday visit. We highly recommend Burke Services, they are great!!“

“We were having mildew issues after a new AC unit was installed. We called and told them of issue. Set up apps.and Service Tect Maddox Pridemore was sent. He immediately went to checking unit and thermostat panel. He found quite a few issues and corrected them .Don't know how to ask but how was this not did correctly at insulation..Maddox was quickly able to figure out the problems and correct. Thank goodness. “Can't say enough great things about Superior. My 90 year old Mother came home from a recent trip to a non functioning air conditioner. It's been 90 + degrees horrible conditions to be without air. We called Superior who immediately sent a great technician John who diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it immediately. Friday another super technician MATT continued the process into Saturday. Success!! Matt was so kind and concerned for my 90 year old Mom. He stayed around on his day off Saturday to make sure everything was working and she was okay. “I am happy with the work 5 Star did on my AC unit, which had blown a capacitor and compressor. Mr. Bill clearly understands how these units work, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Once diagnosed, he immediately made phone calls to source the needed parts, and arranged to pick them up directly from the manufacturer the next morning. As a result, I was back in business with a cool crib by noon the following day. The work was a bit spendy, but I'm gonna trust that 5 Star is charging market rates. They came out a couple of years ago to check over my HVAC, and they gave me a thumbs up that everything was good, when they could have easily fabricated some bogus repair (which some unscrupulous companies do).“
