Excellent experience from the initial phone call with John, to the service call with Mike. I knew this company was the real deal since 2017, when another company wanted to sell us a new unit for thousands of dollars, but John diagnosed the problem as simply an obvious cut wire and fixed the existing unit. I have used them ever since, and recently they came out and fixed our system after a lightning strike! Mike was a lifesaver. I highly recommend them.

The blower on my furnace kicked out right before an upcoming extreme cold snap. Mike came to the house and identified the problem very quickly and got it up and running right away. From the moment they picked up the phone I could tell they were a much better service than the other company I had been working with. They def have my future business!Service: Heating system repair

Our AC stopped blowing cold air overnight and after being told my numerous companies that they would not come out for at least 3 weeks, I finally called High tech engineering. From start to finish, my expectations were far surpassed. Everyone we spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. The technician that I spoke to was Mike. He first made sure we had some way of cooling the house (which we did have one window unit) as he couldn't come out until the next day. He promptly came out the next day and was very knowledgeable.
