I’ve been familiar with In Your Skin Studio since their former location, and seeing how they’ve grown into this new space has been incredible. Their new studio feels even more intentional and dedicated to their programming — it’s versatile, welcoming, and truly designed for community, movement, and connection. From pole classes to hip hop, salsa, bachata, workshops, and social events, there’s such a wide range of offerings that make the space feel alive and accessible to so many different people.
What stands out most to me isn’t just the variety of classes, but the people and the care behind the experience. The instructors do an amazing job catering to different skill levels in a way that feels encouraging rather than intimidating. I recently took my very first pole class there, and I knew that if I was ever going to try pole, it would be at In Your Skin. I went in with zero expectations and left completely exhilarated. I was honestly surprising myself with what I was able to accomplish in just one class — it felt like I was defying gravity at times.
A huge part of that experience was because of Nicole, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, hands-on, supportive, and incredibly skilled at spotting, explaining movements, and helping students feel safe and confident. I especially appreciated how she blended pole with dance, creating multiple ways to connect with the movement and practice.
But beyond the instruction, the community in that room was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I actively participate in dance communities and travel both domestically and internationally for dance spaces, and the sense of support I felt during that first pole class genuinely stood out. People were rooting for each other in real, tangible ways. There was encouragement, celebration, and care that felt authentic — something that can honestly be rare in movement spaces.
I’m truly grateful this was the beginning of my pole journey, and I’m excited to continue discovering what I’m capable of through this studio.
Another thing that matters deeply to me is who I’m supporting with my money, and the owner, Sada, is a huge reason why this space feels so special. She doesn’t just own the studio — she actively participates, teaches, and thoughtfully cultivates the environment both in the foreground and behind the scenes. You can feel the intention and integrity in the way the studio operates.
The pricing is also refreshingly accessible, which makes consistent movement and community participation possible in a way I haven’t often experienced elsewhere.
And perhaps the biggest testament I can give: I don’t even live in the same state as In Your Skin Studio, yet I willingly travel just to be part of what they’ve built there. That alone says everything.
I just finished the most relaxing Herbal Pedicure at V Spa Nails and I couldn’t be happier! This was my first time trying the herbal service (after getting regular pedicures here before), and it was such a major upgrade.
My nail tech, John, was absolutely fantastic, not only did he do an incredible job on my toes, but he was so funny and made the whole experience a blast. I went with my usual bright teal, and it looks perfect!
To top it all off, the mojito they served was lovely and so refreshing. If you’re looking for great service, a fun atmosphere, and a little extra pampering, I definitely recommend coming in and asking for John!

A salon above the rest. A+. I had an appointment today, for the first time at this salon. Let me tell you, first impressions mean everything and they nailed it. Everyone in the salon greets you no matter how busy they are. We were offered snacks, a beverage, or even a blanket to be comfy.

I luv my beautiful tattoo. It is a clean n well maintained shop. Artist was the utmost professional. Was patient w/me as I was quite squeamish 2 the point of probably acting like a big baby did not get impatient w/me when I had 2 take a few breaks during my session. Since this was my 1st tattoo artist was happy 2 explain every step of the process from start 2 finish. It should've taken an about an hr - hr n 1/2 but bc of my need 2 take a few short breaks it was closer 2 hrs artist did not complain but instead talked me through it the atmosphere of the shop was comfortable n chill. I luv the final it is beautiful. Bc of this artist i was able 2 get subsequent body art n piercings w/way less fear. I would've definitely come back but the us army sent me far away 4 quite a few yrs so all my other ink n body piercings came from shops in New Orleans, Tulsa, n san Antonio. I wish I remembered my artist's name so I could thank her properly!

I went today and got my 3rd set of earlobe piercings. Place is very clean and organized. My 1st two were when I was a child and a gun was used. The gun was awful very painful and the loud noise as a child was scary. Today’s earlobe piercings (3rd set) were done by Mandy with a needle and it was such a better process. Just a little pinch without the awful gun lol. Mandy was extremely kind, helpful with jewelry selection and informative, told me exactly what she was gonna do before she did it. Thank you so much Mandy for making this an awesome experience!
I got my second hole lobe piercing done, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Caroline and Billie were experts at ensuring I was comfortable and my experience was 10/10.
I had ongoing issues for several years with the main drain lines in my home. I had a plumber here several times, but the issue was never resolved. Recently my drain lines completely blocked and I called United Sewer & Drain. David came right out and was able to completely resolve my issues. I could not be happier and I highly recommend them. His fee is very reasonable and he stands behind his work.
Eversource replaced my meter today and my water heater would not restart. I called Blanchard Plumbing at 230pm on a Friday and they came and drained the system, cleared the air from the line, replaced the faulty part and got it back up and running for us. Extremely nice and professional service! So glad we called them and plan to work with them again! Highly recommend ! Updating I Blanchard installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity for me - I had an appointment and they arrived on time. The plumber was extremely nice, neat, personable, professional. Did a great job and price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with Blanchard again in the future.
Edit to update: I have since had the pleasure of working with Blanchard on a bathroom renovation and today replacing a rotted outdoor spigot. The same tech was here both times and he is pleasant, quick, efficient, neat, thoughtful and skilled. Blanchard is very accommodating as far as scheduling goes and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

A Life-Changing Doctor - Please Read Before You Live Another Day in Pain
If you read nothing else, just know this: make an appointment. I drive an hour each way to see him, and it’s worth every mile.
I’ve lived with full-body pain for 20 years, ever since I had my son. Every year it got worse. I woke up exhausted, then went from back pain, to leg pain, and ended the day with such bad foot pain that I couldn’t walk for more than five minutes. I’m only 42. I’ve always been active, biking, tennis, hiking, kayaking, gardening, skating, but eventually the pain became unbearable.
I saw multiple doctors and no one could explain what was wrong because all my tests came back “normal.” By the time I found Dr. Rodger, I was dealing with daily migraines, neck pain, severe body pain, hip pain, and arthritis in my knee that made walking difficult. Sitting for more than two minutes made standing up feel like torture.
A co-worker kept recommending the Gonstead method (look it up). I was skeptical because past chiropractors just cracked everything without evaluating my spine. I actually got worse, nausea, dizziness, and pain so bad I couldn’t drive home. When I mentioned it, the chiropractor dismissed me I swore I’d never go back.
But my co-worker insisted, and I finally made an appointment on September 18, 2025. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Rodger and his wife, Dennis, were kind and professional. On the first visit, they took X-rays and truly listened. On the second visit, he reviewed them, explained what he found, and created a targeted treatment plan based on the X-rays, no guessing.
My plan started at 3 visits a week, then 2, then 1. By week 3, my headaches were already better. By week 8, most of my body pain was gone. At 13 weeks, I felt like a different person.
He also added laser and shockwave therapy for my knee arthritis. After four treatments, I could go up and down stairs without sharp pain, which used to terrify me.
IMPORTANT FOR NEW PATIENTS
Please understand this: healing takes time. After years of pain, inflammation, and misalignment, you can’t expect overnight results. The body often needs about a year to fully stabilize. Maintenance care is essential so you don’t go back to living in pain. Just like oil changes for a car, you must take care of your body regularly. I continue maintenance visits to keep improving.
I’ve lived with pain for 20 years, and now I can finally move without fear. Last week I even danced again, and it felt amazing not to worry I’d be suffering afterward.

This is the BEST vet I've ever been to! Dr. Lindsey is amazing! I have Chinese SharPeis which can be very difficult to diagnose. She has gone above and beyond with my dogs. The staff is awesome! So friendly and caring about the animals. One of my dogs was having problems and she was the ONLY vet that could figure out what was happening and she got my pup healthy & happy! I highly recommend them!! Having the vet come to your home is the BEST! You don't have to worry about other animals around yours, getting them sick or in a fight. If they are running 10 minutes late, they call you and let you know. You're at home, so it really doesn't matter anyways. If you are looking for a vet & staff that will put your animals FIRST this is the vet! I've been seeing them for over 7 years now. Best thing I've ever done!
I took my two kittens, Killua and Gon, for their first vet visit, and the experience was amazing! The veterinarian was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure my kittens felt comfortable the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about animals and knows exactly what she’s doing. I attended the sound meditation with Judson, and it was amazing! He provided a brief but informative description of the singing bowls and chakras, and explained what we could possibly expect from the sound meditation. The sounds from his various instruments were beautiful and both relaxing and energizing. I have pain issues that prevent me from remaining in one position for longer than around 15 minutes, but towards the end of the meditation I noticed that I did not need to reposition myself once! It overall was a very enjoyable experience, and I am looking forward to participating again!
