On February 21, my hot water tank blew up I was in the middle of getting ready to go to my mother-in-law‘s funeral. They came in immediately told me don’t worry about nothing Mr. Wise we will take care of everything. I left my house to them they came in they didn’t amazing job And they left my house just the way I left it that morning. God bless these people because I could not done what I had to do that day if it wasn’t for them.

Switched from AmeriGas this year to Dupuis because AG’s service was of the “If I could give it less than one star, I would” category. Dupuis has been a pleasure to work with from day one - everything AG did wrong, Dupuis does right. They actually monitor the propane level so you don’t out (happened twice with AmeriGas causing costly plumbing problems), they answer their phone and call you back, they listen when you say you want your tanks filled when the level reaches 40%, and if there is a problem, they fix it quickly. This is how a company should be run!

I used to sit in Dupuis' yard and watch fireworks from McCoy as a kid and had no idea they did boiler installs, but I'm very glad I found them on the RISE-approved list of installers. I needed a combi unit in an emergency situation (1st floor boiler was from the '50s and no longer worked). They were able to get out there quickly to replace it, worked with me to set up the soonest appointment, and their installers, Will and his helper (sorry, can't remember his name), were there when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. System is working great so far, and I'm really happy I chose a local business to have a relationship with.
