My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.
John has helped me out with problems with both washing machine and refrigerator. He's reliable and does good work. He kept me posted as to when he would arrive - I appreciate that. Fair pricing. I'm recommending him to my neighbors. And I'm really in N. Smithfield, RI (not CA).
John returned my initial call quickly and was able to come out to my house that same day. This was quite a relief for me. During the repair of my dryer, he showed me the parts that were broken and explained what he was doing and why. He completed the repair within an hour or so and thoroughly cleaned up after himself.
