Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!
A true Godsend! I came home to a hot humid house, looking at a holiday weekend, and struggling with breathing issues. Mr.Raffensberger not only returned my phone call, but made an after hours diagnostic visit.The diagnostic visit resulted in not only a diagnosis, but a complete repair including parts.Honesty and expertise!... not to mention a cool house for the cost of most other companies’ service call.
