They greeted Max and got straight to work. They worked inside and out with minimal noise and cleaned the work area.My air conditioning is running smoothly.“

I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. “They’re just really good people. Local family owned business. They installed a high efficiency furnace and hot water tank five years ago and the system has run flawlessly since. They took their time and did a really good job. Had a minor equipment issue with the hot water tank’s thermostat going out a few weeks ago and they were out the next day. They didn’t even charge me for the new thermostat, even though it was a manufacturer issue and not an install issue. Very reasonable and honest people. Highly recommend!“

“Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“
