“Still a very loyal customer of PCT. Today was a perfect example of why we continue to use their services for our home and 2 business locations. A bird had made a nest in a gap in our siding and I called yesterday. A techician was scheduled to come out this morning. When Jim Coghlan arrived he knew exactly what to do and while he wasn't expecting to do the work this morning, he was kind enough to get the work done right away. He knew I needed to get back to work and he took care of the problem and also found a bee's nest and took care of that as well! I am so grateful for the service Jim provided this morning.“

“Bought a house that turned out to be infested with millions of carpet beetles that flew throughout the house. Pesticide companies promised a 70% success rate, if I vacuumed the entire house including furniture and shelves, and washed all my clothes in hot water and threw them inside a dryer at high heat for 1 hour. Many of them advertised "fumigation", but none of them actually used gas; they all just spray pesticides along the baseboards.
Finally found Western Fumigation. Very professional, very thorough, very expensive. Required 2 treatments with Vikane gas, 2 weeks apart. Sealed the entire house exterior with tarps beginning at 9AM; I was able to re-enter the house at 8PM the next day. They left the house exactly as they found it with nothing damaged whatsoever. Every living plant and insect inside the house was dead....perfect!!! I can't recommend them highly enough“
