Orkin has been excellent in servicing our 200-year-old Center City row home. When we moved in, there were mice and roaches. After their first visit, we started to see improvement within a few weeks, and it took about two months for the issues to be largely under control. Persistent treatment, exclusion work, and ongoing maintenance have brought those issues largely under control.
