“We had a yellow jacket problem this past summer. And of course they picked the tight, hard to reach spot on the side of the chimney under the deck, squeezing under the aluminum siding. Based on sounds I would hear in the upstairs bedroom, they might have even worked there way up the chimney, who knows. And then every few days in the basement I would notice a couple flying around or a few laying dead on the carpet. (Later on I observed quite a few dead ones in the sump pump room, which is also near the chimney)So a quick google search led us to Mike. He came out once, gave us the run down of the problem, including the nature and behavior of yellow jackets, and the treatment going forward. He applied the first treatment and told us to give it 48 hours - if the problem persists, to have him call again. Well, the first treatment did help somewhat, but not completely so he came out again and applied a second, maybe more potent treatment. That did the trick.Mike's knowledge and professionalism is second to none - and he comes with a very friendly, respectful, humorous demeanor. “Ian came out today, February 23,2024. Ian was able to work around my schedule which I greatly appreciate. He took care of all the boxes on the outside, replenishing with bait food. He then checked the inside traps and still no mice!!!I was pleasantly surprised to see Kris again. He came to check the mice traps. Lo and behold I had a dead mouse which he promptly disposed of. Kris is a great guy. He is honest, trustworthy, knows his job inside and out. Kris has been doing t his job for quite a few years. He is a great rep for Greenix. Kris explains what he is doing and why. When a question came up, he checked in with his supervisor to make sure he was giving me the correct information. As before, Kris is very friendly. He even asked me how my ant problem was and remembered that I was a retired teacher. You can’t go wrong if he is your tech.I once again had to contact Greenix but not for ants. I discovered mice. Bartholomy was the tech that came out for today’s initial visit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bartholomy inspected the entire house and showed me areas that were problematic. I was impressed with his suggestions and relieved that the problem was not all over. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Bartholomy answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also explained what would happen on the next visit, which is next week.I contacted this company due to an ant infestation. Kris was assigned to the job. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. I haven’t used an exterminator in years, but having done research the prices seemed reasonable. I was very impressed. I also like that this company uses eco friendly measures to resolve infestations. Thats very important to me. I had tried 2 other eco friendly companies but no one got back to me. Greenix contacted me immediately. I liked that.
