While we truly like our technician, we are not too pleased with the company. They schedule our quarterly appointments with consulting a date and time. Then we get an email the day before the appointment notifying us. We have missed appointments or been unprepared for our technician. They need to make changes to their scheduling procedure because they are on the verge of losing us as their customers. Our technician shouldn't be put in the position of making surprise visits and apologizing for something that isn't his fault.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

Just signed up quarterly service the technician was good. Explained everything to me it’s been about 5 days and all ants are gone. Also signed up for their mosquito program.Service: Ant extermination
