Sullivan Super Service
“Have always had great service with Sullivan! Thank you for quickly answering our issues and doing good work. Going to post a little more! We had some drain/ sewer issues which Sullivan took great care of. A shoutout to Ben & Nolan, Evan & Brandon, and Lloyd for all you guys did! Amazingly hard workers, always friendly and explain so much along the way! Give these guys a raise! Seriously. It's getting to be like family now. We had Stephen Derrick the other day and he was very knowledgeable.”
McVAY PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING COMPANY
“I’m a VIP member so I’m a recurring customer and I go back because I trust them. Recently I had them complete an enormous project: complete redo of the building drain for my house. There was a backup of the sewer drain causing a flood in the lower level of the house. This involved jack-hammering through the concrete floor of my (finished) basement, bathroom shower, sink, toilet, laundry area, through the garage to the basement and replacing all the pipes. They ended up abandoning the old lines and re-routing them for efficiency. They provided support by working directly with my insurance company. A project of this size is never stress-free, but the workers did everything possible to make for very little interruption to the water service throughout the home. I was impressed by how well they managed to contain the debris from the demo throughout their work. The plumbers working on the project, namely Zack and Joe were so professional and helpful along the way, explaining the work and functionality, as well as providing daily updates and timelines. They began on a Monday and finished that Friday. I’m confident referring anyone to McVay for services because they stand by their work—and you can still talk to a human being when you phone them!”
