Had a good experience using Ventec. From the initial quote I was impressed by Mike. I had at least 10 quotes for different systems, so I got to know a bunch of contractors. Mike listened and to me and didn’t dismiss what I wanted. I was looking for a hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system that would qualify for the 30% federal tax credit. Most of the contractors I saw weren’t interested in helping to find a system that would qualify and Mike did. The price was competitive and Mike was able to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. The crews that came out did a good job. I had Ventec put in my new furnace/ac back in 2020 during the pandemic. We had such a good experience that today I am having them put the same unit into our rental property. From coming to give us a quote, scheduling the install, completing the install and everything else in the process, they have been wonderful. The price could not be touched by any other company. Thank you to Mike, Zack, Chris, Ashley and everyone else from the Ventec team for helping our family over the years. We look forward to continuing using Ventec when needed.

Was stuck on the side of the road the other day with a flat tire. Out of the kindness of his heart keegan stopped and helped me put a spare on. As fate would have it my furnace was acting up at home and another company told me I needed a new one at 17,000. Keegan sent austin out that afternoon and determined it was a 15 dollar part. Saved me a boat load of money. This is a really good company with great people working there and I recommend them for any work! (even tire replacement lol)Service: Repair HVAC
