I finally found a go to company for my furnace/air.I had a hard to figure out downdraft issue. Barb in the office was nice and listened to my issue and got me with Paul the service manager who took his time and expertise to explain some things over the phone. He sent Mike and Steve over to check it out. They were professional, knowledgeable, explained my issue and gave the furnace a good cleaning and my issue is resolved. The price was right and I felt comfortable with these guys in my home.My old furnace and air conditioner will soon be needing replaced and Beam will be the company I call. Beam was recommended to me and it was good advise!
We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with Beam. Our salesman John was not only incredibly knowledgeable but super friendly and felt like family. Their prices were lower than the other 2 heating and cooling businesses that we had come give us quotes and they were for the same furnaces we were looking at as well. Our installer, Justin was also just as knowledgeable and friendly as well as efficient and cleaned up after a complete furnace install with everything he did, and it was an overall 5 star event. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and wonderful business. We would highly recommend using them for any heating or cooling needs.
I called after our furnace was having trouble lighting and my simple cleaning of the sensor didn't work. Dustin came out and did a phenomenal job walking me through how everything works, doing his full tune-up, and giving me tips and tricks on how to better maintain the system. He patiently explained the different tolerances for components when I asked and explained what might go and when. I'd originally called Beam simply because their sticker was on the furnace when we bought the house, but now I'll call based off of a great experience. They were actually more affordable than I expected and honestly I'd have been completely willing to pay more. Dustin was great.
