I've worked with Elk Air conditioning for over 10 years and have been pleased with the service and communication I have received for all units. I recently had a new unit installed and John, Vince and Jayden were beyond exceptional! The level of care, cleanliness and dedication to complete work in major heat was top notch.
Great experience with Elk Heating and air , Cody came out less than 24 hours of my call and gave prepared an estimate with several options of what I told him my goals were, after reviewing the options i selected what I wanted made a call into the office and spoke with Amanda she explained and ordered all my equipment and asked when I would like to have the installation take place I picked 2 days that were convenient for me and she put me on schedule, installation day came and as promised and on time Vince , Jayden and Austin showed up with all my new equipment and got straight to work with taking out the old and installing the new , they were a great team that worked...read full review
John and Jaime did an outstanding installation of the HVAC system. Very courteous. Very knowledgeable. Never stopped working. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommended.
