Once again a great experience with Mitchell’s! Our water heater went kaput Sunday night and they were here Monday to remove the old heater and install the new one. Matt T and Glen are great guys who are very good at what they do while also happily explaining the process to my mom and me. They educated us on the best water temperature to have to maximize the life of our new heater and what is covered in our 12 year warranty! Highly recommend Mitchell’s for any service they provide! Mitchell Plumbing has to be the most professional, cleanly, and efficient plumbing company I have used to date. I had a toilet installation done by this company last September, and they told me my installation was guaranteed for one year. Needless to say, there was an issue with my toilet, and I had absolutely no issues with getting my warranty honored. The plumber they sent out (Rick) was a true professional. He was polite, timely, didn’t make a mess, and was in and out of my house in no time. I will be calling Mitchell plumbing for all future plumbing needs and more specifically, asking for Rick when I do. CALL MITCHELL PLUMBING TODAY!!! 10/10 if I could give that many stars. Great experience, Mitchell P.H.C were fast and responsive to our request for A/C repair. Glenn found the problem and had the part to repair. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
