Thir came out the same day, explained and showed me everything wrong with my ancient furnace and was able to get the parts and fix it the same day! My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year so far (single digits!). Jay was able to come out within an hour of me calling and fixed the problem super fast! He explained everything he was doing and was so kind and professional. I will be calling Jay at Thir for future heating and A/C services sure!
Jay went out of his way to diagnose the problem which included detecting carbon monoxide from our furnace. He may have saved all 4 of us from dying in our sleep! Installed a new furnace immediately and efficiently. Even offered us space heaters as we had had no heat for a month. I cannot say enough about Thir Heating and Cooling...they are awesome.
