“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained/repaired what was wrong, and had my AC up and running! Very pleased with the response time, price, and overall service! “I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. I have found my regular plumber for future needs!“
