In Sept 2023, Mark & Mark Jr came out to do an annual service check on my really ancient-but-reliable gas hot water heating system. My previous heating guy had retired earlier this year & after asking around a bit, someone mentioned Link Heating & Cooling. I was a bit apprehensive that a new HVAC person would find my system "too old" to mess with. Mark & Mark Jr didn't bat an eye - they checked it over thoroughly & all was fine. When I needed to take the chill off the house a few days ago, I adjusted my thermostat to turn it on, heard the reassuring, ever so slight "whoosh" of the burners coming on & before I knew it, my Old Faithful system was pushing hot water heat...read full review

You will not be disappointed with Mark Link and Mark Jr. They are very honest, knowledgeable and responsive. They installed 2 new HVAC units in my attic as well as my basement and outside in 2 days.
