I went to Duff Co. today to pick up some parts for our carbon filter that broke last night. All of the guys were great to deal with, but I only got one guy's name, Floyd. He was super helpful with troubleshooting (and fixing!) my problem. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
I love this place. I am not a plumber. As a female, I normally get treated like I know nothing and upsold. This place always has the parts that I need for odd toilets and pole plungers. They have parts that I can't find elsewhere and helpful cashiers/workers.
