Craig called right away, got everything in place while we were away and came out the very next business day to complete the replacement. While he was here, we had several questions with other parts of our home and he was extremely helpful and informative! He could have very well charged us for an hour of his time for all the advice. “To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with.
