East Coast Plumbing was truly outstanding. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, and solved our very complex problem, that two other plumbing companies could not solve, in one visit. Truly, they will be our go to from now on.
This is the 4th time we have utilized East Coast Plumbing this year. One visit for general maintenance (upgrading toilets), 2nd visit for an emergent leak from ceiling (faulty tub diverter), new hot water heater and today was to unclog shower drain.
Francis was the plumber we dealt with each time from start to finish. The process was seamless with fair pricing. Francis is very knowledgeable. They prompt to respond when we reached out and work was scheduled promptly (today was same day). Highly recommend!
We had an issue with our outdoor faucet. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional, came out quickly, was notified when arriving. Francis explained the issue, gave us an estimate and fixed the problem right away. I would definitely use them again.
