We replaced our water heater by way of AHS. Our first designated contractor was flaky so we reached out to AHS to be assigned to another company. We are so glad we were linked with CKC. Craig called right away, got everything in place while we were away and came out the very next business day to complete the replacement. While he was here, we had several questions with other parts of our home and he was extremely helpful and informative! He could have very well charged us for an hour of his time for all the advice. If we ever need anything in the future, we surely will call Craig!
Craig’s service, knowledge and professionalism was top notch. This was via AHS and people need to understand that AHS is the issue. They delay and try not to pay claims. They do not cover additional equipment that needs to be changed out for a new configuration.
I paid a few hundred dollars for a $2500 hot water heater install. CKC did an amazing job. I’ve had multiple claims through AHS. Craig turned a nightmare situation into a small inconvenience. Would 100% use again and recommend their services.
Other than our home warranty company not covering emergency repairs on the weekend (not CKC’s fault), they came out first thing Monday morning to fix a pipe that sprung a leak in our basement. Fine job. No issues at all.
