They did my roof) and Boyertown Supply (plumbing store) both recommended Firestone Plumbing, so I called.They came out the following Monday, and the tech(Chris) quickly ascertained the work required, gave me clear advice on what I needed, answered my questions, laid out exactly what the job entailed, and was personable about it all. Then he handed me an estimate easily $1000 cheaper than the competition. So I gave them the job. They came out a few days later, and completed the work quickly and with care, even doing some rewiring to make it a better job, and fully cleaning up after themselves. “John came to my property to evaluate the damage of my water heater. (They were sent to my property through my home warranty company) He explain to me possible charges in case my warranty company didn't cover everything, I advise him that at the end I only needed my tank to be replace! lol three days later they reached out to schedule me (they were fast to get things approved) Once John and Brandon came he work was done efficiently and professionally? my home warranty cover for my heater and pump(which I didn't have). I was concerned about working with this company because of the review in it.
